
Who can apply for subsidies from the My Heat program?
- Your investment was completed before the date of application - because the subsidy is provided only in the form of reimbursement after purchase, installation and commissioning,
- Purchased and installed equipment must meet the minimum requirements specified in the Program Regulations,
- As a result of the investment, the building should obtain an improved energy standard, that is, the value of the index of annual demand for non-renewable primary energy (EPH+W) should be:
- A maximum of 63 kWh/m2/year- for applications submitted in 2022,
- A maximum of 55 kWh/m2/year- for applications submitted in subsequent years of the program,
- Investments made in buildings used seasonally or in outbuildings cannot be subsidized, unless the business is carried out on an area not exceeding 20% of the building's surface.
Who can benefit from the program?
The program is aimed at owners of new single-family residential buildings who want to heat their property with a heat pump installation*.
What do you gain?
Reimbursement of 35% to 45% of investment costs, with a maximum of PLN 21,000 for heat pump installation.
The subsidy is exempt from PIT.
You can deduct the costs of investments that are not covered by the support from your taxes (thermal modernization tax credit).
The installation of a heat pump pays for itself in an average of 6 to 15 years after installation.
* - a new single-family residential building means a building for which an application for completion of construction or commissioning was submitted after 01.01.2021.
How to get funding?
1.

Have and complete the installation of a heat pump in your new home.
2.

Apply for funding for costs incurred in connection with an investment started and completed between 01.01.2021 and 31.12.2026.
3.

You will be informed of the result of the application evaluation by email. You can check the current status of your application online.
4.

Reimbursement in the form of grants from 35% of eligible costs.
